Talent Factory Africa Ltd is an investment banking and financial services firm that was established in January 2013. Talent Factory is focused on supporting the development of the leading corporates in The Gambia while creating an investment avenue for investors who are looking to deploy capital in the country over the short and long term. The company is promoted by young Gambian professionals with experience in investment banking, commercial banking, management consulting and entrepreneurship in The Gambia and the West Africa sub-region. Talent Factory has a network of contacts in a host of sectors in West Africa and works with a number of firms and consultants in The Gambia and select West African countries in executing some of its transactions.

Alieu B. Senghore is the Founder and Managing Partner of Talent Factory Africa Ltd. Alieu has a BA in Economics from Richmond University in the UK and a Masters in International and Development Economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. Alieu is also a certified securities industry professional of the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Before starting Talent Factory, Alieu worked for 5 years in Ghana for the leading Investment Bank in the country, Databank Financial Services, first as an Analyst in its Research and Asset Management Division responsible for Economic Analysis and the respective Banking, and Food & Tobacco sectors of Ghana, Nigeria and Egypt before rising to the level of Assistant Vice President with its Advisory Department where he worked on successful fund raising projects (IPOs and private placements) in excess of USD40 million amongst other land mark transactions.
Alieu also gained over 3 years of commercial banking experience with Standard Chartered Bank Gambia, as both a Credit Analyst and a Treasurer.
Alieu has extensive knowledge of the local and regional capital markets and is well versed in conducting market and industry research as well company level analysis, with a proven track record of executing consulting mandates for leading institutions in The Gambia and Ghana.
